Discovered this place across the way from the Hampton Inn and Suites and very happy we did. Very cool, comforting vibe in the old Saratogian building with a very friendly staff, great beer/seltzer, and being able to sit outside with dogs on a nice night was an awesome time. Highly recommend to anybody visiting Saratoga while it’s still a hidden gem
My husband, a microbrewery buff, raved about the stout! One of the best he’s ever had. And he’s very experienced. The COVID protocols were second to none. The staff was great. Would highly recommend this place.
Awesome Brew Pub! We had a wonderful evening thanks to a great outdoor setting, delicious drinks, appetizers and pizzas. But there's more -- amazing coffee shop with good breakfast items and tasty pastries. We have definitely added Walt & Whitman Brewing Company to our list of great restaurants in Saratoga Springs.
Visiting from out of town and awesome time, glad we discovered this joint and popped in. The staff was so kind and quick with their service. And they had their COVID protocols down, felt to totally comfortable taking my family there. Oh and they have fantastic beer and great food! Very Highly Recommended
Came here on the Capital Craft Beverage Trail and feel this is one of the true gems on the Passport. The setting is classic in the basement of the Saratogian Building, but a beautiful melding of the old and the new. The place is bright and clean (even the bathrooms smell good- an odd experience in the men's bathroom). The beer menu was good but a little heavy in the lighter beers (IPAs, sours, wheats), too true of most breweries, but the stout and the Irish Red saved it. However, the best find was the Fun Guy Detroit Pizza (what the heck is a "Detroit Pizza"?). Perhaps the only reason I'd ever consider for moving to Detroit. One of the few places we say we'll come back even without the Passport.
