Blaze Pizza

Blaze Pizza is located on the State St. side of Mohawk Commons. It offers several varieties of pizza including a 'build your own' option. The pizzas are mid-sized cut in 6 pieces. I usually eat 3 and take the rest home. The ingredients are fresh and some are organic. They are very tasty with a thin crust. Salads are also offered, but we have not tried them as we really like the made-to-order pizzas. It is fun to watch your pizza getting made, cooked and ready to eat in about 10 minutes depending on the volume of customers. It is also convenient if you have other errands to run at the shopping center. The staff is very friendly and helpful, so have a good time!

Was introduced by a good friend, took several people here over time because if how good the experience is. I only get the make your own pizza as it's in my nature to craft my own flavors. Similatlr to a Subway just with pizza and fresh ingredients.

Absolutely amazing. Never been here before. Service was good and food was amazing. Got a ricotta and bacon pizza made right before my eyes and fire baked. Just amazing

Don't leave reviews often on restaurants, but I grabbed a build your own from there today and on my way out dropped it the gentleman, not sure if he was the owner or manager or whatever but made me a fresh one free of charge. Small business owner myself recognizes exceptional service like this.

This was my first visit to Blaze Pizza. The service was good. The clerk's seemed knowledgeable and well-trained. The pizza was done quickly. For my taste, the bottom of the pizza was way too black. I ended up throwing away most of the crust because he was inedible for me. Albeit I have somewhat of a sensitivity to charcoal. But in any case if you don't want the bottom of your pizza blackened you should probably mention something to the ones cooking the pizza. Otherwise, I got my pizza with white sauce, chicken, mushrooms and bacon. It was tasty, and flavorful. The dining room was comfortable, and basically clean. Parking was convenient, handicapped accessible, handicapped accessible tables. I did not use the restrooms; I cannot comment on that.
