Best authentic Mexican food in Schenectady NY. My favorite place for a delicious lunch. Inexpensive too!

Only stopped to check out the adjacent Bodega. A very well-stocked store for enthusiasts of Mexican or Hispanic cooking/foods AND fans of authentic ingredients! Friendly staff, too. Purchased some unprocessed spices to grind at home. They also carry ready-made products and utensils and cookware traditionally used in Mexican kitchens.

This is the best kept secret in Schenectady! If you want authentic Mexican food this place is amazing.

Good food in unpretentious ambiance. They close early. Be sure to step into the store and pick up a dozen tamales for serving at home.

Location is decent.

Al Pastor Tacos. Food quality is higher than average. True authentic Mexican food for those who understand and want the difference. Communication is decent. Shop is fairly clean. Best Mexican Authentic food within 20 mile radius.

Price is nearly equal to value, although at times pricier than value, depending on how you order.

Lacks take-home menus or more options for seeing menus either in-house or online.

I have eaten from many authentic Mexican restaurants in the south. This is as close to the real thing as one can get. You can't go wrong here.
