Food was great. Only my second visit ever! I definetely enjoyed my french pressed coffee.
This is a relatively new location for this local chain, having opened about a year ago. It maintains the same high standards of the locations in Troy and Ballston Spa. The menu focuses on panini, savory or sweet crepes, and scone sandwiches. These can be combined with a cup of soup for only $3 and the lobster bisque is quite nice. While there are other beverages, including wine or hard cider, I go for the tea and they have a large and varied selection. The Lavender Earl Grey that I had today was lovely. In addition to the food and tea being well worth a visit, staff are efficient, professional, and friendly. All in all, I highly recommend the Whistling Kettle for lunch, a light dinner, or simply for a relaxing cup of tea.
Wonderful Tea House! The retail shop has an incredible selection of teas and accessories! The Afternoon Tea is delicious- the crepes are perfect, the red pepper soup is the best, carrot cake is spot on! I love that it is served on the tiered stands. Love you can choose Individual pots of tea! I'm so glad we found this gem!
