Excellent service and they are always smiling. Dealing with the public is not easy, but they make it look easy. The staff a company hires is so important and can reflect on the company itself. You have to expect drive-thrus and fast-food places to make errors from time to time which is why we and the customer must be extremely diligent and professional in making the consumer World better. It's important that you remain alert and aware of what's going on because most of the time it's teenagers they hire and these kids just want to get in do their job and go home. But I have noticed of the 4 times I've gone there, 3 out the 4 times they have either almost forgotten or have forgotten an item that I've ordered. I think they need to work on that issue. It kind of feels like they're rushing to get things perfect and served and not so much making sure that all the items are in the bag. I think that's the issue with the self ordering, based on my experience.”

“This little place really dishes out some amazing food. I visited for the first time last week, and was pleasantly surprised at the authenticity of both the food and the owner/staff. I don't eat dairy (which typically makes my Mexican food orders a bit more bland) but the owner personally came out and asked if he could make my plate better by adding his own personal touch. Enchiladas were spot on, food was delicious, and everyone was very friendly. 10/10 will visit again when I'm in the area!”

I stopped going here because of the inconsistency, long wait times, and sometimes poor customer service. Recently started going here again, and they've improved a great deal. My last 3 times stopping in, the food has been good, service has been quick, and they haven't messed up an order, or given me fries that are half full. Good job on management for turning this one around.”
