(October 22, 2018, 2:18 pm)This is a fantastic little spot to visit and enjoy local Maple syrup. The dining area is right in the sap house, so you can watch the evaporator work right in front of you while you eat your pancakes. There is a gift shop so you find some consolation prizes for those who weren't lucky enough to come for themselves. This spot should certainly be on the list if you are visiting during sugar season.
