Grandma’s Kitchen

We just left the tea party and it was outstanding! The place was nicely decorated and name cards were made for each person. The food was absolutely delicious and generously portioned! The picture is just sandwiches, scones, and sweets. There was also soup, salad, and of course tea! We had to bring a box home because we were stuffed with amazing goodies! This was actually our second time eating Grandma's Kitchen, as the last was a to-go for Mother's Day that they delivered to us at the falls. Great family and great food! Highly, highly recommend!!

Our family stopped here in the middle of a road trip. Such a gem…and a wonderful surprise in a small town! Really sweet vibe and delicious food. Had some yummy baked goods (our toddler was a big fan of the cake pop!) and a dinner to go that included a really good mac and cheese. I would recommend it to my non-vegetarian/vegan friends as well.

Awesome little place for great coffee and baked goods. Friendly staff too. The parking lot is a little tight but worth it. The inside is very roomy and bright.

The menu is relatively limited and items seem to sell out quickly, but that's what makes places like Grandma's Kitchen so intimate and experiential, especially compared to industry chains that put no real Love into their offerings. My breakfast casserole was delicious, and the potatoes and sausage patties were prepared perfectly. I got an assortment of treats to-go, and so far they have all been decadent and bursting with flavor. I unfortunately live in Indiana and was just passing through the area, but I would DEFINITELY be a regular here if I were local!

I can't say enough great things about the quality of food - DELICIOUS!! - and how thoughtful and kind the owner is. I was vacationing nearby over Mother's Day weekend and having a hard time finding many vegan food options. Even though I hadn't reserved the special Mothers Day meal in time, the owner was kind enough to see that I got one. And EVERYTHING in it was soooo tasty and delicious. Fantastic experience here!!!
