Canal Side Tavern & Events

We went to the Canal Side because the other bars were packed and noisy and we wanted to talk. Perfect choice. The drinks were great. I had the 1911 cider on tap which maybe be the best cider I've ever had. The service was really friendly but the kitchen was clearly having problems that night. We ordered cheesy fries to snack on and they took over a hour. So maybe not a place to go if you're on a tight schedule. But if you want to hang with a friend for a couple of hours, the view is great.

We had rented a canal boat for a week and stopped here on our last night. The food was EXCELLENT! Wings, black & blue burger, chicken breast sandwich.... ALL excellent. Very friendly, helpful staff. My husband had ordered a double ale beer he had never tried before and did not like it, they gave him another in it's place, no problem. Would highly recommend this place :)

Absolutely LOVE this spot! First and foremost Corey is the most amazing, hardworking, friendly and professional bartender. He makes everyone feel welcome! We were in Seneca Falls for 4 days and came back every day because of Corey. Allison was amazing as well! The two of them managed a full bar of boaters and locals flawlessly! We love Canal Side! If you are in Seneca Falls by boat, in a hotel or as a local, stop in! ????

Highly recommend!! This place has such a fun atmosphere, especially when there's a DJ or live band playing. The location is perfect, right next to the canal. The best thing about this place though, is the bartender Corey!! He's always making sure me and my friends have everything they need and all around contribute to the fun atmosphere of Canalside.
