Barkley's Riverside

Had reservations. Got seated immediately. Food was excellent but little slow out of the kitchen. They are working on that we were told. Very nice facility. I will go back

Called to make reservations, but phone was never answered. Got on line at website, made a reservation. Got to restaurant on time and told by Hostess there was no reservation made. Said they did not know it could be made on line and that the Owner did not let them know this fact. Any way, we were seated. Cameo was our waitress and was very friendly and helpful. Salad bar had small selection of things. Meal came and baked potato was cold and dry. Waitress immediately took care of it. Otherwise the meal was okay. Bread at table was dry and not very tasty. Will go back, but will sometime later. Not sure what all the hype is. To each his own.

Had dinner here lastnight. My dad and I both ordered the prime rib. It was seasoned and cooked perfectly! It was definitely the best prime rib I have had in a long time. The dining room was pretty busy and the service was great!

I have to admit, I was skeptical at first after seeing some poor reviews. Despite those concerns we had a delicious dinner. We were acknowledged and seated upon walking in. The host and waitress were wonderful. We had the Prime Rib, Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo, and onion rings. The onion rings reminded us of hush puppies with their breading. I am picky about Fettuccine and this was done very well.

Additionally the Riverside is being run by a professional manager, well known for his ability to make new venues tribe with positive experience. I will definitely be seeing you guys on the regular.
