The Inn at Gran View

The people who worked there were very friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean. The room had a microwave, refrigerator w/freezer, coffee maker, a queen size bed and "vintage" furniture. All in all it filled our needs and we stayed an extra nite. A little crowded, a desk, a chair, TV and WiFi, plus dresser. We would stay there again.

We have stayed here before and made sure we stayed here again!! Gorgeous area! Hotel was clean, bed very comfy, excellent AC. It's an older building. We also ate at their restaurant. We got there early enough for reduced rate dinner and BOGO wine!! Delicious food, altho I didn't like their key lime pie. They used cool whip and I'm a real whipped cream lover.

The reviews of this place are positive but dramatically undersold how lovely it is. A spacious, peaceful strip of land right along the river with Canada in the background, Gran View feels like America’s open-air attic. It’s isolated enough to feel like a getaway but close enough to good food and amenities.

Our room was simple but clean and well-kept. The staff was kind and thoroughly addressed everything we needed. And our favorite part was the two-acre greenspace leading down to the river, where a small deck with rocking chairs let us wave hello to Canada serenaded by seagulls.

We would stay here again without a second thought. Our only mistake was not staying longer.

The staff is amazing and the views are incredible. A small note of interest is travel service. Taxi, uber, lyft service is sketchy. If you need to get around town call George Snyder. You will get reliable service and an educational trip as well.
We will be back in October and will eat each meal at the Inn’s fine restaurant and walk down to the water to enjoy the Canadian sunsets afterwards! Piece of heaven here…

The room was clean and well- designed. Nice jetted tub, comfy bed, amazing views or the Saint Lawrence river and ships going by. The on premise restaurant was delicious and the prices matched the quality. We would definitely stay here again.
