Verona Ristorante

Everyone in our group had a different entre. Whether veal, chicken or fish, they were excellent and generous portions. The sauce is especially flavorful. The wait staff were attentive and personable. The ambiance is nice for the evening and the sound level, although the room was full, was acceptable and measured within conversational levels. There was no background music to interfere with conversation, especially among 8 people. Prices are average for a nice restaurant. The problem was the the over 45 minutes wait to get served. The reason we were told is because one of the chicken entrees took longer and that held up the whole order. This was not mentioned by the waiter when the order was placed, nor was there any reason to expect it to take longer. Also, 2 of us found some parts of our meal to be cool around the edges... definitely not uniformally heated. I am sure that if we asked, they would have obligingly sent it back to the kitchen to be warmed up. But we had already waited too long. Because we reported dissatisfaction with the food service, management gave us a nice complimentary dessert platter. We would go back again and perhaps I will be able to add a star.

Great food, wonderful service, and very welcoming atmosphere.

This is a not only a meal but an experience. This was my second time and it was better than the first. The service is outstanding. The food is sooooooo good!! I'm excited about going again.

Authentic Italian food. Served individually or family style. Excellent fish of all kinds. Enormous, beautifully cooked veal chop, succulent chicken breasts, all washed down with fun cocktails and wine. Recommended.

Everyone was so helpful service was excellent. Food was fantastic. Will definitely return.
