Very good food and nice staff. People complain alot because they aren't familiar with the bluntness of Jamaica culture.
The only reason why I didn’t give it a 5 was because Madea in the front serving people didn’t even acknowledge me with a “ hello how can I help you “ or nothing. She just looked at me and I swear I heard horror movie music and got scared when she looked at me. I was scared to order my food. If I mess up I might get screamed at. The food is on the money though. I can’t take that away from them but wow, the customer service class was definitely missed because there was none whatsoever. This was at the North Babylon location. I’m still gonna go back but cmon man, being nice is free it doesn’t cost anything. Food was banging for fact though.
