Nelly's Empanadas

O M G!!!! These are THE BEST empanadas I have ever had! They are baked and not fried, so they aren’t greasy and heavy. The dough is flaky and tender. The fillings are flavorful and each individual empanada is stamped with their flavor! They are filled just enough where you get a yummy taste with each bite.
They also have a variety of dipping sauces. We chose avocado crema and chipotle Mayo. Both were great.
We also got an order of plantains which were also amazingly tasty and cooked just right.
This is our new go to empanada spot and I can’t wait to go back!!!
Oh and Nelly is a sweetheart!

All I can say is OMG!!! The Empanadas are literally to Die For!! So fresh and Delicious!! Outrageous!! My New Go Too!! Nelly is absolutely the Sweetest Person!! Her store is Beautiful and Beyond Clean!! Can’t wait to go back!! I need my Empanadas!!

These are the BEST empanadas I have had since moving from Queens. Nelly, I thank you so much, these are delicious. The empanadas are stamped on the crease of the dough with what your ordered so there is no wondering when you take them home. We also reheated them and Nelly gave directions to put them in the oven at 350* for 5-7 minutes. They were just as incredible reheated. Please go to this place!!!

One word: DELICIOUS!

The empanadas were absolutely delicious. I got a chicken pot pie and a cheeseburger empanada and they both were delicious. I also got sweet plantains, they were great too.

My first visit and definitely not my last! Great parking, very clean and professional storefront. The owner is absolutely fabulous. She explains everything and answered all my questions.

I left with six empanadas of different flavors. And a yucca bread. As I was driving home I realized I didn’t ask her to separate the flavors. No worries. There is a label in the box and each empanada has its flavor pressed into to crust!

I couldn’t wait to taste them and already tried the chicken fiesta. Delicious!!! I can’t wait to try the rest of the flavors. I will definitely be a regular customer.
