“The team knows me by name. They are extremely friendly and accommodating. Food is always fresh and they have the BEST bagels in Farmingdale, especially for a deli. Salad bar is DELICIOUS and chopped fresh daily! Always crisp and lots of nutritious options to choose from. Plenty of seating. The oat bran muffins are REALLY good! I highly recommend this spot. “Three stars are overall, as the egg sandwiches are microwaved garbage, but the iced coffee is great. The donuts aren't the best but the muffins are very good. Iced coffee is better than McDonald's. The croissants are pretty good as are the blueberry muffins. Donuts, they stopped making certain ones, and when they aren't so fresh they aren't good at all. It's hit or miss.”

“For the most part I am pleased with the customer service of the workers at this location...my only issue is I often have complaints about the coffee...when I ask them to put in the cream and sugar I end up with luke warm coffee and I always have to ask for a stir to mix the sugar and cream that was added ..why????? they know the products they add is not blended into the coffee..(how do they expect one to mix it..use your longest finger)..☝️,????.and on another note if I ask for the cream and sugar on the side...please I'm paying for it ..give the amount I ask for...When there is a complaint the matter is handled professionally”

“This establishment made it a unique experience where you can place your order either via a kiosk or at the register. After your order is placed they give you a number and you take a sit. They employees at this location brings out the food to you. Not much waiting time to get your food but even if you had to wait a little longer by the way they treat you at this location, one would not mind waiting a little longer while someone is enjoying the nice treatment at this location. The hot chocolate was definitely too sweet and chocolatey. I mean it was so thick I needed water so I wouldn't choke. The cashier wasn't that friendly. She wasn't rude, but definitely not friendly.”
