    Best Chinese food in Town The Lady at the counter is super nice and the cook in the back Jackie is great at what he does and is very friendly as well. Highly recommended.

    The Best Chinese Food in Bayport/ Blue Point / Sayville

    Lived here 4 years- and always ordered from HKCK . Owners always at location or doing delivery. Their Food is well cooked, always hot and always remember what you like or don't like- Even when I would forget to say " no mushrooms" owner would ask and make sure it was removed from all my dishes. They would spice it up as much as you like.. I highly recommend them for their attention to detail, freebies and good service.

    Recommend their Chicken/ shrimp in garlic sauce; White meat sesame chicken ; kung pao chicken/ shrimp; chicken with Chinese veggies- & I always ask for extra garlic sauce; Shrimp fried rice, with hot oil and fried dumplings. Wonton Soup and Hot & Sour soup are both delicious.
