Arby’s In Centereach.
Now that the crowds are gone, it seems to run smoothly. Went and got dinner for the family and was pleased with experience. Roast Beef, Chicken, Turkey and sides. Hot and delicious, shakes so thick you need a spoon. Team was pleasant and welcoming. Will be back.

This is a relatively new place, so the service behind the counter was a little out of sync and confused. The roast beef was typical arby's roast beef which was good, but The Onion rings were kind of overcooked, and the milkshake was basically an ice cream that you had to eat with a spoon which really wouldn't be that bad for some, but at that time I preferred a liquid milk shake. I will try it again after a couple of months to see if they got the kinks worked out.

My first time EVER to Arby's. My fiancé raved about it, and was overjoyed when we knew it was coming here. It seemed to take forever to open, but it finally did, and we went. I will say the food was tasty. She told me that one of their signature sandwiches was the steak and cheese.... So, of course, you know I was getting it... I wanted a steak and cheese, but got a steak!!!! There was, no joke, a single drop of cheese on the sandwich!!! The manager was yelling every 30 seconds for some reason, and I'm wondering why it wasn't yelling about the cheapness in which they make one of their signature sandwiches? Is that commercial coming true, that there's a cheese shortage? It's the other half of the sandwich's NAME!!!! Somehow, if I'm gonna have to stand there for 17 minutes, waiting for my food, I want it to be what it says!!!! I don't want it dripping all over my hands, but I do want it on there! You should too........Stop being cheap!!!!

Been to a few fast food locations that had just opened and of course it is expected to be a bit all over the place since it's a new team trying to work together but this location happens to be one of the few good ones. Besides Arby's being one of the best fast food chains on Long Island that location is doing a great job. The staff are very nice and friendly and even when the placed is packed they still manage to keep orders going!!! Will definitely be one of the places I stop frequently at ????????????
