Miller's Ale House - Lake Grove

I always have an enjoyable experience when I come here. Food specials are great. On Tuesday, kids eat for free and $8.99 sirloin steak dinner! It's a hard deal to pass up.

We go to Miller's at least twice a week for quite some time now. The staff is awesome and food is good. You can take a family of 4 out at a reasonable price. Tuesdays children eat free as long as the adults eat dinner. Great place to watch sports events such as football, basketball, football, hockey, and boxing. There are enough TVs there that nobody should miss a thing. I recommend going there to others.

Had a wonderful time and the atmosphere and food were great!! Couple problems though, we had a party there and our guests were all served doubles without bartenders telling the person throwing the party. Not sure if this was a bartender decision or if a guest had made a double request, but the person paying should have been told and a couple requests should not have applied to all guests, since this made the tab run out much sooner. Also, gratuity was computed on total with tax (insread of total before tax), which makes a big difference on large party tabs!! We would definitely recommend this place, but you need to know what to look out for to avoid after-party frustration.

Love the food, love the beer. Something like 75 beers on tap. Pricing is decent. Not bad service even when they're busy.

Two words, watermelon margarita!!!! I would never think that a place like this would have mixed drinks to write home about, but this was so good and so refreshing, I had to force myself to slow down, because I am not a big drinker and this was potent. Everyone else seemed to enjoy their massive selection of beer as I whispered sweet nothings to my margarita. We sat at bar and the bartender was great. He had lots of suggestions and our orders came out quickly. Two giant thumbs up!!!
