San Marzano Trattoria

First time there yesterday. Wanted to give it a 5, truthfully. Amazing, fresh ingredients. Really wish they'd utilize that amazing oven better, however. 100% expected a nice, crispy pizza that you'd expect from that type of oven. Both pies were super soft, borderline soggy. Hopefully they can figure out how to utilize that oven. Oh, and the parking lot is terribly small

Pizza is good pasta is pretty good calamari was not crispy at all and the portions of everything is pretty small. There's a lot of pizzerias in the area but none that are coal fire which I love because it's super thin the only thing is it was burnt around the edges which I'm fine with but it's floppy in the middle I've had coal fired Pizza that is crispy all around so I know it has room for improvement.... but to be fair it is a brand new location so I'm giving it the benefit of the doubt.

Definitely stop in and try especially if you never had coal fire Pizza before just keep in mind when you order a pizza that is a personal pan pizza size.

I don't say this lightly, but they have the best cheese pizza hands down (The New York Cheese). The place is brand new so they don't have a full menu yet which they let you know. The rest of the menu will open up soon. One thing of note, all pizzas are personal sized.
I will be going back despite the small parking lot.

Amazing pizza. Waiting for brick oven pizza forever! They have home made pasta and other Italian dishes. Very nice staff and ambiance. Check out the menu..
