Buttermilk’s Kitchen

Loved this place! I dined here with my parents for the first time recently. It is very clean and adorably decorated. It has beautiful bathrooms too, which are also kept incredibly clean. The staff was friendly and on top of service. We loved that our coffees arrived in really cute mugs that were all different from each other, and had little phrases on each one. A charming touch! I ordered “The Traitor,” which was their spin on the classic Eggs Benedict. It was one of the best Eggs Benedict dishes I have ever had, with killer hash browns that were delightfully different from any other I’ve had. I would order this dish again and again. My parents both ordered pancake dishes, which unfortunately they didn’t love. I tried some of their pancakes, and had to agree that they were quite dry and not very good. This was surprising since I would think that their pancakes would be the best item on the menu, given that the name of the restaurant is Buttermilk’s. It could have been an off day or due to novelty. My parents tried my dish, which they both agreed was excellent. I will definitely be back, and hopefully the pancakes will have improved...but I honestly won’t be deterred if they haven’t; my meal was that good!

Excellent first time experience! Service was great, the food was even better! Will definitely be back, I now have a new favorite spot.

What a pleasant place! I must say the decor is fantastic and so darn clean! What a great presence. Now to the staff... Very friendly and mostly attentive. Very accommodating. Food was very delicious and fresh. Eggs were super and fluffy, and the corn beef hash with FRESH corn beef. The buttermilk biscuits were good, although there is a certain flavor in the biscuits n gravy that does overpower it's flavor.

Overall though, very pleased and extremely happy to have made it!

Come in... Extremely worth the trip!

Food was really good. However they need more servers, because there were plenty of open tables yet so many people waiting to be seated for a relatively long time. I was there for an hour and a half and no one refilled my coffee. We asked for extra napkins and most places will give you a stack but the waitress came back with one extra napkin.
*In other words their food is on par with Toast, but their service has a lot of catching up to do.

Great selection of breakfast and lunch items. Some creative twists in the menu too. They also serve alcohol if you want to have a hard brunch. The staff was pleasant and attentive. The price wasn't bad either. Overall I had a wonderful time eating here with my girlfriend and look forward to coming back another time.
