Jay was the barista / cashier at the window and he was so nice and kind truly made my day better. I had messed up my order and he fixed it with no problem. 10/10 recommend going here just because of him he was awesome.

Great customer service although they were out of the product I ordered it was explained it was the most popular item.The clerk was cheerful so I ordered something else and left happy.

The employees at this location always go above and beyond for their customers but this week really showed how good these people are. I had serious car trouble in their drive thru and they were not only concerned but decided to pay for my coffee and offered a cake pop to cheer me up! The next day I didn’t know that there were fraudulent charges on my card and my card was declined… all of my cards were declined … and they offered to pay for my coffee again. Those acts of kindness made this terrible week a little better.

Nice store, I never have any issues with my drink or anything unlike some other locations which is why I love going here but I have to give it 4 stars since the same employee never seems to be wearing their mask properly every time I go in and they are always making the drinks which is frustrating. I understand I can go somewhere else but this location is close to my house and convenient and it’s honestly rude when you’re handling people’s drinks and we don’t even know if you’re vaccinated or not. I don’t know. If you’re required to wear a mask then wear it
