Strathmore Bagels

Can't live without this place! It's been around forever for a reason. Real Long Island bagels they way they should be!

My only suggestion..... get real Italian bread for heros. I always get my sandwiches on a roll there. One day I decided to share a hero. Everything fresh as usual but the hero bread was weird. Like a cross between potato rolls & white bread. Too bad. They do everything else just right!

This is more than a bagel store…it’s a very nice, large, and clean eatery…similar to a Panera. The menu is quite extensive with home made salads and cream cheeses. Their unique sandwiches are packed with meats and cheeses. But maybe most of all, this bagel store is family owned and pay attention to details and they treat their customers as if we were part of that family too. I highly recommend them for catering as well. Beautifully made platters and heroes were delivered for a party I was having and my guests enjoyed every bite!

10/10 recommend! Great food, great prices. The owners / staff are always smiling and are so nice and friendly. Also love the vast array of cold drinks they have, anything you can want or think of is there. Can’t wait to go back!
