Very fresh. Lovely staff. Creative menu - something different out here.

Some of the food needed a pinch of sea salt in my opinion. I haven’t tried much on the menu. I would come back

An absolute marvel, you have to visit this place if you are anywhere near, if not, plan a trip here. You won‘t regret it.

It’s a Swedish restaurant with a lot of seafood / meat, upper quality but definitely worth every dollar you spend.

There are no non alcoholic drinks on the menu but the barkeeper is very happy to create non alcoholic cocktails for you. He surprised us with some virgin mojitos.

For starters we shared oysters and the steak tartare - both were in superior quality. For someone who has had bad oyster experiences in the past, the staff told me that if they were not up to my taste they would take it of the bill - that obviously wasn’t necessary because the oysters were absolutely delicious. Stake tartare was also superior quality, though the bread with caraway seeds on the crust weren’t to my liking. My wife reported the bread was very fresh and delicious to her.

We had the market fish (freshly fished today/yesterday) as main, which was absolutely next level in terms of quality and taste. The attentive owner gave us a quick workshop how to properly disassemble the fish, sparing out the fishbones. Also noting to put on the brown butter on the fish from the sizzling hot pan for extra good taste.

When it came to the dessert we ordered the chocolate tarte and tried to order an espresso as well, which unfortunately wasn’t available. The barkeeper said „I‘ll get one from our neighbors“ and went to leave for the mediterranean restaurant next door only to show up with a fresh and delicious espresso accompanying our chocolate tarte. That was really the extra mile. Wow.

We‘ll be back and actively recommending.

Easy 5 stars. Just came for oysters and drinks but the bartender Hugo was impeccable and the oysters were top notch. Beautiful space and others at the bar said their dinners were delicious. I’m definitely coming back.

Love everything about this new restaurant in Montauk! The staff is so friendly and welcoming, the menu is authentically Swedish:), and the food is delicious! I ordered the toast skagen, lojrom & rosti and the Steak Rydberg 💯

Beautiful new space in montuak- really enjoyed our dinner and drinks. Love the tree inside! Highly recommend trying this place out.
