    A little run down and beach shaky, but supplies for the needs of a reasonably priced montauk weekend

    Nice vibe, cold drinks, close path to the beach, AC. What else could you ask for?

    I have stayed at The Breakers before and couldn't believe how cute this cafe was. They did a really nice job updating it and my avocado toast was delicious.
