Montauk Circle Bistro

I was just hungry. That's when it all began. I walked into this fine dining establishment and ordered the signature burger and what followed after I will never forget. Maybe around ten minutes later (respectable wait time) they bring me an absolute masterpiece. The burger patty itself was succulent and like nothing else I have experienced. I never would have expected olives to go so well in a burger and even considered taking them off but trust me they were meant to be. I was completely enamored by every single flavor this burger gave me, juices running down my face and hands and all. Easily the most elegant burger I've ever eaten and I might have even had an out of body experience at one point. 5 stars do reccomend.

Nice and quaint little place with delicious food. Highly recommend the fish and chips or fish sandwich. Fried cod was amazing, and the French fries were exceptional as well. Friend got the wings, which were also delicious. Highly recommend if in the area and want a place to sit back and enjoy a delicious and cozy meal

If you are in the circle and do not stop here you are doing yourself an injustice! The beer and wine selection is artfully picked and perfect for season and all food. Every food ordered is fresh and phenomenal. The Street Corn was to die for, eat and save for later good. The vegan burgers are the best that ever were, the burgers are cooked to perfection. And the bartender is a gem. Such a groovy place! Stop in and have a good eat and nice conversation.

Excellent service at the bar! We really enjoyed the burgers and mussels. The mussels were by far the best I've ever had. There is live music on Saturdays. I'm not usually a fan of french fries, but the fries here were delicious. Highly recommend it.

This place was prob the best I had in Montauk. Clam chowder prob the best I've ever had. And they had this special French dip thing I will dream about in the not so distant picture.
