    The heart of East Hamptons! Not many know - it was built in 1699!

    This is a lovely bread & breakfast with unique rooms, comfortable pillows & luxe bathroom products. Have stayed here twice recently and really enjoyed the experience.
    Only complaint on the included morning breakfast was they tend to run out of coffee and don’t replace it very quickly. Not a big deal.
    It’s important to check the location of your room as some are directly above the Palm restaurant and can be quite noisy when it’s busy downstairs.
