Food was delicious! Speedy service! Very family friendly atmosphere.
Good menu, very reasonable prices and solid portions. Extremely busy on the weekends; seems to cause some stress for the staff.
But there's no place like it in Huntington, in that you could pop in for breakfast or lunch here anytime for good food, properly priced.
Enjoy!
Great food - breakfast and lunch knock it out of the park. I, admittedly, have never eaten dinner at Mundays.
Staff are mostly top notch - friendly, attentive and make you feel right at home. Prompt service, orders always correctly executed, and portion sizes generous.
Love the make your own omelettes, any of the specials, and the root beer floats.
Highly recommend.
Love love love Munday's! My brother and I drove up for a show at The Paramount the day before Thanksgiving when it was freezing outside and were looking for a place close enough to walk to where we wouldn't be too cold. Munday's is charming and doesn't look like a diner outright, but is a diner in every sense of the word. The food is wonderful and simple and super well-priced. The employees were so friendly and the vibe is calm and comfortable. I would absolutely come back to Munday's any time I'm in Huntington and we were actually talking about how we could make it a stop on a future Long Island trip.
Good food and a nice atmosphere. I call it "a diner with a unique vibe". It is just plain cozy. Sit at the counter or at a booth. Seating goes all the way to the back where you will find many families on Sunday mornings partaking of the offerings from a well-designed menu. The kitchen entrance and rest rooms are towards the right, next to each other as you go aft...uh, towards the back of the restaurant if you're not a sailor.. Don't confuse the two.
This place can get really busy because it is a gastronomic niche in Huntington. There is no other place Downtown quite like it.
