Hatch has the most incredible brunch menu, cool vibes and kind staff. Having brunch here with my good sister-friends was an absolutely a WIN!!

Came here for brunch on a Saturday; the place is crowded and requires a wait. But the food is pretty good. The “Loaded Breakfast Burrito” is massive (stuffed with potatoes, eggs, bacon, and sausage); it’s a great savory brunch. The mocha is more “coffee” than “chocolate,” which is just the right amount of sweetness. Service is friendly and efficient.

The interiors of this place is clearly designed for Instagram, with its natural light and yellow benches and neon lights.

Amazing brunch selection. Food is cooked with love and that is abundantly clear from the first bite to the last. I must recommend the Bloody Mary, flavor packed and will revive the dead. The service was great with a constant stream of patrons packing out the place. Expect a wait if you decide to go during your typical weekend brunch hours. The food did not disappoint and was well worth the wait. I had the smoked salmon with cream cheese on rye with a poached egg and hollandaise. It was very filling and packed to the brim with flavor. One can say it's really hard to mess up breakfast, which is true- but so little places actually do it right. Hatch definitely does it right.

They made one of our omelettes wrong the first time, and as soon as we realized it, our waiter ran back to the kitchen and asked them to the prepare the correct one. Took less than 2 minutes for us to get the correct one. Excellent service!

Wow!! We're always looking for new places to eat. Hatch in Huntington has only been open for 7 months. Easy to see right off of Main Street in Huntington Village. Great for Breakfast and lunch. Awesome staff, especially Nancy our server. I got a complimentary Pancake for my Birthday. This place knows how to cook a poached egg. Daily food and drink specials. Reasonably priced. Credit cards accepted. Public Restrooms. Clean facilities. We will definitely be going back.
