The Melting Pot

Our 2nd visit. First visit was a birthday dinner. One of our favorite birthday gatherings ever. With multiple burners, everyone was 'forced' to mingle and speak to whomever was in that area. We remarked during the dinner that apart from an occasional picture, not one person had their face buried in their phone! Our second visit was 'date night'. It was much more intimate and I highly recommend it.
On both occasions our wait staff was amazing. They explained the menu clearly and answered any questions gladly. They carefully explained the cooking process and times and made recommendations regarding the many dipping sauces.
Stacy in particular was fun and friendly. He seems to really enjoy what he's doing and it made the experience even better.

Do you have plenty of time to waste? Okay good. Don't come here if you have plans after, it's a long process. Pricey but they run special menus that will save you on cost and get you a full course meal. Yes you do cook your own dinner. It's okay - you can have fun doing this! Listen to the tips your server suggests. All of the mixes can be modified (which is especially nice on the desert or if you bring a fussy eater with you). Nice to do for special occasions.

Great restuarant for groups. The experience was great esp with eye group of people I went with. My favorite courses were definitely appetizers and dessert. The entree menu was more like a hotpot instead of fondue. Overall it was great. I'll definitely revisit melting pot again.

Love the food! Great service and the food is so delicious. Price is great too! Plenty of parking and the restaurant is very pleasant to dine in. I would dine there again and recommend to all my friends..

1st time there and would definitely go back. It is more of an experience than a meal. It is not cheap so it is for special occasions only. If you are looking for a quick meal before the movies or plan on going elsewhere after dinner then maybe go somewhere else. My wife and I had the 4 course classic and it was excellent. Went with another couple and had a great time overall.
