Chick-fil-A

Was so excited to go to new location as it was so convenient and closer to our house. But customer service is not that great. As I had to repeat my order to ensure it was placed correctly, the girl was giving me an attitude near the pick up window.
The staff should be trained well. Chick fil a is named for the exceptional customer service , this location is not up to that level

I just want to leave a glowing review for this location. I did a drive through mobile pickup order and they messed up my order. Instead of just handling the situation on a ‘basic level’; the staff went above and beyond to make it right. While the handed me my correct order after fixing it, they gave me two rewards for my inconvenience without hesitation. That’s great customer care. I am so impressed!

All Chick Fil A’s that I have been to- whether it be here in New York, New Jersey, and down in Georgia, have been very exceptional, this location included. I wish some would just be a little more understanding of this spot… They have just opened and have been doing a great job dealing with the mass crowds that have been coming daily. If anything is taking slightly longer or you’re sitting for just a couple minutes, they’re just making sure everything is up to their standards. My family and i appreciate all the hard work that the staff have been doing!

After all the initial uproar with people complaining about the traffic the location would cause, it's been pretty mild even at night, and we're two weeks from Christmas, so that's saying a lot. The staff is kind, pleasant, and helpful, the drive-through is easier to navigate than some other locations, and the inside was also well laid out.

Very first time going to this location of chik-fil-A . Let me start with the friendly service and the drive thru organization,well done. The food taste delicious ,not too overly done . Chicken bites fresh and not overly done with salt on the waffle fries and the sandwich awesome . Thank you !😊
