The Whale Tea Bakery

Got the whale crystal (TaoJiao(Peach Jelly) with coconut milk) and my mate got the brown sugar creme brulee with tapioca. Both were good, though I liked mine better. I have never had a jelly drink so it was a bit strange at first but then I was finding myself thinking about which flavor I'm going to get the next time we go back.

the cream is very fresh and smooth，tasty . we also order some of bubble tea. nice and clean，we will keep order from here.

Was excited to see boba on the south shore. Ordered a Thai milk tea for myself and my daughter wanted a vanilla cupcake. My tea was very good and I would go back for that. My issue is with the "Bakery" claim.

I found it odd that they didn't ask which of the few selections of cupcake in the display case she wanted. One that looked completely different from any of the display was placed in a bag for us. She took a bite in the car and said it tasted bad. I asked to see it, it was rock hard, it felt weeks old. When we brought it back inside they told me "Oh, I forgot to tell you, you need to wait 10 minutes and it will be fine." That was weird but it's a new place and I wanted to give them a fair shot. We followed the directions. The cake remained hard and inedible.

If your business has "Bakery" in the title, the baked goods should be fresh, and treated as more than an afterthought.
