    Hi Sushi is a wonderful family owned and run place for excellent food and even better people. Sit at the sushi bar and ask the owner about the history of his place and about the sushi he is making. You won't be disappointed. Best kept secret of West Islip!

    I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE, Hi Sushi. I live in Babylon Village (where there is a Sushi place on each corner) and I ONLY eat Sushi at this restaurant. The Proprietor and his wife are the kindest people and have a warm welcoming attitude that makes you want to come back for more. The Sushi is of the highest caliber, fresh, tasty and delicious. Any negative reviews- just disregard. The service is friendly, efficient and fast. Take out is also a positive. If you want to eat Sushi that is above all others- go straight to Hi Sushi!

    Hi Sushi is always amazing. The owners/operators are always friendly and quick to get your order ready, without sacrificing the quality of their food. My favorite local spot for sushi, by far.
