    The customer service at this Panera is unmatched. . There was an issue with my Rapid pickup order not going through and I had to wait a bit. However the manager took care of me and did more than recover from that hiccup. The staff goes out of there way to make sure you are happy with your experience. Thank you Panera Riverhead for knowing the meaning of customer service. You made my day!

    At 10.00 am on Saturday nearly no bagels left. It is disappointing! The service and the employees were excellent!
