Jamesport Vineyards/Little Oak Wood Fired Kitchen

Had a very nice trip to the North Fork of Long Island and stopped by Jamesport Vineyards for lunch. We didn’t have a reservation but lucked out that they had a table open for us! We had a private table out in their backyard and Matt gave great service. We tried almost one of everything on their pizza list and everything was perfect! My husband and his brother loved the Buddy Boy and my favorite was easily the Sweet n Salty (fig & prosciutto)

My new favorite spot on Long Island! Having just moved to the area, I was astounded at the plethora of local knowledge and information I was able to attain from one of Jamesport’s managers, Matt. He was also serving behind the bar, so in order to talk to him a little more I sat at the bar with him and he walked me through a few of their top sellers, and I had one of the most amazing pizzas I’ve ever had in my life! Everything we did the rest of the day was on Matt’s suggestion, and everything was absolutely perfect about our first visit. We can’t wait to visit again soon, thanks again to Matt for an incredible stay and all of the great suggestions on what to do in the area! We will definitely be back soon! Great wine! Great pizza! Great backyard! Amazing customer service!

Had lunch with my friend and Matt the waiter today and JAMESPORT IS AMAZING AND EVERYTHING THIS SUMMER NEEDED! Matt is an ALL-STAR! We walked away with bottles of 2 of his favorites (Petit Verdot for the red bottle / Sauvignon Blanc for the white) and he gave us a discount on the bottles we took home! The place is so cute and even though is was raining we still had a lot of fun. We recommend the Chevy goat cheese and the Petit Verdot and Sauvignon Blanc! The red was a little pricing but worth every penny!

Thank you so much to our server today, Matt, who made a rainy day inside a barn an afternoon in paradise! We loved the wine so much, but his descriptions really sold it! Thank you for being so accommodating even though we didn’t have a reservation… We will definitely make one for our next trip out, wouldn’t want to miss the opportunity to come back to our new favorite Vineyard on Long Island! Great pizza too! Matt suggested his favorite: the “Sweet ‘n’ Salty.” All he had to say was fig and prosciutto and we were on board in a second :-)

I’m not a wine guy so I won’t get into detail about what I think is great about these guys as far as their wine but they have some great pizza! My wife loves their rose, so we go every summer and I completely understand the whole reservation thing, not a big deal at all! It actually made for a better trip because it wasn’t as crowded as it usually is! These guys leaving these one star reviews, grow up. I think it’s crazy that in these uncertain times somebody would come at a business just trying to make a buck! If they are trying to move you along, maybe think about the fact that it’s not your backyard and they might need the table to get somebody else in their establishment. Good times for all! Spread the love brother, don’t hate! Just appreciate your surroundings in a great place for a bit and move on! We will be back soon and again and again! Great service every time we go! Thanks for always making us feel special!
