Great beer selection, not to far of a walk from the main village of riverhead. They have beautiful views of the Peconic. Can't wait til I kayak down next time to see them. Big and beautiful is the best way I can explain it.
We went for the pretzel and stayed for the beer!!! The pretzel might be the best on Long Island! However, I was enamored by how great the Southhampton Nitro Milk Stout and The Old House Brown Ale was. Such a pleasant upgrade from the trees and flowers everyone else wants you to drink.
Really nice open space that overlooks the Peconic River. There is also an extensive menu. We ordered the boneless chicken wings and the massive pretzel. We had a live performer in the afternoon on a Sunday. The brewery has games like foosball, connect 4, jenga, etc. Weather permitting, there’s also an outdoor patio.
This place was a nice find. So cozy. The beer was excellent. The staff was friendly and gracious and the food was surprisingly good. The Spicy Chicken sandwich was awesome! Definitely a good place to hang out and play a game of enjoy beer by the water! A Snobspot for sure.
Love this brewery! Drove out from Nassau to get the Camp Hero Pumpkin beer (amazing beer and branding, love the can and Camp Hero references!) And ended up trying many of their beers and food, all of which was amazing! Also a great atmosphere and super friendly staff. Love the location as well to wander along the river walk after. Will be back many times!
