    Sometimes the people at the drive thru are the sweetest. Other times they’re not, specifically this middle aged white lady who I recently had to deal with in the drive thru. Huge attitude while speaking to me and was super passive aggressive. Not a pleasant experience with her. Love Starbucks but if you’re going to be rude don’t work in jobs involving customer service.

    I am a regular at this Starbucks and this place never disappoints! The girl at the drive through with the colored hair (I want to say her name is Katherine) is AMAZING!!! She is the absolute sweetest and I told her this once but she deserves a raise (btw this is the girl who always gets a large ice caramel macchiato). Today I went for a pickup order and I wanted my macchiato ice but I forgot to specify on the app. I said I wanted ice but no worries no need to remake the drink. Instead they insisted to remake it how sweet would never ask them to do that considering how busy they are!! Thank you guys

    Starbucks Commack is absolutely incredible. Jess is my favorite barista she is an absolute darling and a beautiful soul. She is truly a coffee bean :D
