    French pastry like the one that can be found in Paris. Service to be improved, and the restaurant menu isn't too relevant to French food but more a fusion with American and French

    I love this place! Amazing white asparagus! Beautiful setting to lunch alfresco. A Hamptons classic indeed.

    We dropped by Pierre’s for brunch in the off season and loved our meal. My eggs Benedict was perfect and my husband loved the brunch tart. Will definitely be back. Friendly service and delicious food.

    The Pavlova dessert alone is worth stopping in for. The snooty-silly waiter is a caricature and fun to watch. Nicoise salad is perfect. Very French, very senior-citizen friendly, deep wallets, freckled noses, and Cartier watches are very in here. I love it for it's food and decor (and table salt; just taste it and you'll see what I mean. $5 at Amazon).

    Truly authentic French experience in The Hamptons. A beautiful restaurant for breakfast, lunch or dinner and anything in-between.
    We went for lunch on 2 occasions. Reservations are recommended as this place is popular with locals and tourists. Pierre is a hands-on owner who graciously greets his guests and circles the restaurant to make sure everything is up to par.
    Make sure to leave room for dessert!
