The food was good, mostly traditional Italian menu, but it was a Sunday so they also had a brunch menu, which is very nice.
Nice decor and good coffee but not a huge fan of the breakfast menu. The two women behind the counter were very friendly but wish that they worn name tags as I was only able to get one of their names because the other women was helping a table as I was ready to leave and didn’t see a name tag and didn’t want to interrupt her. With that being said Rachel the women behind the counter was very friendly and it was nice to see someone interested in me as a customer and not just make my coffee and hurry me out the door. The other women was an older women and she was very friendly. My wife and I will definitely return just wish there were some more simple items on the menu.
Came in for a quick bite and drink after work. Crispy chicken sandwich was excellent as was the cocktail. Food came out fast and hot. Excellent service from the staff and management that asked how everything was going. Only critique was the lack of seafood options.
First the good... delicious, fresh food and the restaurant itself was very nice and clean.
When we walked in we requested a high chair. That never came. I asked for two kids cups of water and I received two empty plastic cups and straws. My wife has many dietary restrictions which she clearly stated to the waiter before ordering. She first asked about ordering the 24 hour oats. The waiter asked the kitchen but was still unclear if it had dairy. Then she ordered a salad, her salad came with ranch (told waiter no dairy) then they brought Asian Vinaigrette (told waiter no soy). We waited what seemed like way to long for the check.
I realize it was their first day serving brunch, but service was painfully slow.
Staff needs to be better trained handling food sensitivities and more knowledgeable about the menu.
We had a wonderful dinner at the new Hamptons Standard Restaurant. It just opened a couple of days before and they were still working out a few minor glitches but overall the dinner was exactly what we were looking for.
It's a more casual restaurant but the setting is very nice, seating is comfortable and the food was excellent. The prices were also very "on the mark" with good food, large portions, and reasonable pricing....less expensive than the more formal restaurants.
The menu is very large and there is something for everyone ranging from well priced platter/sandwiches to full steak dinners.
They have a huge bar and although we ate at a table it looked like a lively and fun bar. TVs in place but not a typical "sports bar", just a nice bar where you follow the game if you want to.
The staff was extremely attentive and sought out suggestions and comments on how to improve.
Well done! We will be back
