    Been here on and off over time. However I’ve been a full time member now for about 2 months. The new training room was a great addition. Great gym!

    This is my Go To place for everything from healthy organic meals and juices to amazing restorative and detoxing wellness services like an ionic detox foot bath, a spinal Chi alignment, oxygen bar and much more….it’s just the most relaxing good vibe place to spend a little me time;) You will find the staff especially helpful, knowledgeable and friendly…..Patricia, Naeem and Matt !

    i gave it 5 stars because it really is that good! 😎 and i think everyone can benefit from a bit more healthy self care;)

    This place is amazing! Where do I even begin! Everything is organic in the store! They have an amazing juice bar with fresh cold pressed juices, smoothies, açaí bowls, wellness shots, wraps and salads and tons more! They offer different detox services and have different memberships starting at only $25 for unlimited visits! They have yoga classes and deliver organic produce boxes. This place does it all!

    THIS PLACE IS PHENOMENAL AND HAS ALL OF ONE'S HEALTH NEEDS FROM THE SAUNAS TO THE O2 BAR I HAD ONE OF THE BEST EXPERIENCES I EVER HAD I RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO EVERYONE WHO'S LOOKING FOR A PLACE TO RELAX AND GET HEALTHY PRODUCTS!
