    Fantastic little place. Great vibes, food & drinks. Great happy hour deal: half dozen oysters and beer for $12.

    This place has lots of atmosphere and good seafood: oysters and chowder. Tip: shuck the oysters yourself; the friendly staff will show you how. They also sell shucking paraphernalia, something that's indispensable if you intend to open oysters at home.

    This place is an absolute gem. Aside from what’s on the menu, don’t miss the Friday night tapas (like real tapas where they put out fabulous Mediterranean bites that you eat and keep the toothpicks as your “bill”). This is a wonderful custom available only in Europe. Also, have them make the Spanish “conserves” —fancy tinned fish/roe—into a small meal. Lastly, their crab salad sandwich puts any lobster roll to shame. Staff is ultra warm and this place exemplifies what is still splendid about the North Fork.

    MUST STOP BY!

    Cozy quarters (packed to gills over President’s Day weekend) with fresh oysters (on the half shell or novices get a lesson in shucking for yourself) crab rolls, and some other plates plus beer and wine.

    The vibe is outstanding, the oysters top notch and the beer local. Pop in and go see for yourself!
