River Market

Lovely, Lovely! So nice to still find small country stores around. Its a rare find. This is really like a general store, they serve food. Stopped through on our way to PA, they have everything. Panini was great, very clean setting, tables to sit in the back. Staff was super friendly - went out of their way to give us directions to a good skiing spot nearby.

You wouldn't expect to see such a great selection of different beers and groceries in a little town with only one other grocery store but this place was fabulous. Spent a long time just looking around at all of the unique but kind of high end foods and gifts. Will definitely detour via Barryville on our way to visit our daughter again.

Incredible little gem here in the woods of the NY/PA border! Super friendly staff that go above and beyond! The gentleman that helped me today, saved me from having to drive 30+ minutes into Milford for a single tomato! Will definitely be there more often to try out their deli selections and check out what all they have to offer!
