(November 24, 2018, 6:16 pm)This is the only KFC less than an hour away from me. Every couple of years I try it again in hopes of having a better experience but it never happens. The service is lacking, they forget to give me things every time and I have only come across 1 employee that bothered with a smile or to ask if everything was ok or I wanted anything else.
