    food & service were top notch. I plan on retuning to Solaia to explore more into there culinary arts! Staff was gracious & friendly from the moment we walked in.
    "Wish I had visited them earlier" is all I could think after leaving there.

    Fantastic. Best meal we have had in the entire area (Forestburgh, Sullivan and surrounding counties). Wish we had come here first so we could come back again. Food and service all excellent!
