(May 17, 2019, 12:37 am)An adorable café with a vintage, calm atmosphere. Nothing quite like the waitress, as she is very kind and accommodating. The blend of time periods and the great food are the perfect complement. I had the shrimp creole, described perfectly by the waitress, and a great spice was implemented within. If you're in Owego, make sure to stop by.
