So far all food has been very tasty and the system of ghost kitchen is great!

Ordered two things Of Alfredo and tiramisu and Bby farrr the best pasta and dessert I’ve had in a long while. Highly recommend the tiramisu!! ❤️

I ordered shrimp and red pepper Alfredo pasta from here last night, they forgot to add the shrimp but if I’m being honest I wasn’t that upset about it and didn’t go back cause the pasta was honestly really really good. We also got the onion rings which were also fantastic, very crispy! Definitely will be ordering from here again (but hopefully they remember the shrimp next time haha) thanks for the great service!

My friends and I have been ordering from Ghost Kitchen for over a year now. We have only had (mostly) positive experiences. The food has always been good-arguably one of the most authentic cheesesteaks you can find in Ithaca. Their sliders are amazing-with burgers that are cooked well (medium to medium rare). The desserts are also quite good.
What could they do better? Well, as you can see from other reviews, sometimes the customer service is not great. The only "negative" experience we had was the time we ordered pizza and it took over an hour and a half for the order to be ready for pickup...and the estimated time for pickup was half that so my friends were waiting outside in the car for a while for the order to be ready.
Bottom line: the service is not always consistent, but we have always had great food from them.
