Ithaca To Go has excellent customer service. Any time there is an error in my order, they go above and beyond to make it right. They are there whenever I have a question, and they reply quickly. Delivery times are usually accurate, and reasonable. They have a wide variety of restaurants to choose from as well. I highly recommend them and I will continue to order through Ithaca To Go!
Great for getting delivery from places who don't do delivery. I got everything I ordered and the waiting period was reasonable. 4 stars and not 5 because service and delivery fees were a little high and there was no explanation about who keeps the money, the driver or the company. This is important when deciding how much to tip.
