(October 23, 2018, 6:35 pm)I've only eaten at a couple food trucks, I dont know how he does it but he has a great menu size, prices of the food are pretty good, the food was great and when my partner and I were there, nobody else was so we got our food fast, faster than some fast food places I've been to the owner was awesome I could of talked to him a lot longer, and I inspect firetrucks and thought it was pretty cool that truck he used is an old retrofitted fire vehicle with the red and white strobes still on it. I would recommend trying the food and I will eat there again when I work in the area FOR SURE.
