(July 13, 2019, 12:00 am)Wonderful, friendly fast service. Very accommodating and they made us feel welcomed! The owner noticed my son was done with his meat and veggies, and gave him a side of rice to go with his unfinished broth. Too kind!

(July 8, 2019, 1:11 am)Great food, awesome service! We had a group of 16 people on a Sunday night, and they were super accommodating. Our food (ordered a little chaotically in multiple rounds) and drinks all came very quickly, and were all too notch. We'll definitely be back soon!

(June 18, 2019, 11:32 am)Very good service. Noodles and other dishes are good. I'd give it 5 stars if I hadn't had better ramen in D.C.- where I live. Just about everything on the menu has a vegetarian option. I would definitely eat at Maru again when I am in ithaca. .

(June 3, 2019, 8:58 pm)When I first saw this restaurant open I thought ramen noodles that's what people eat in their totally broke and can't afford anything else. When I invited a romantic interest out to dinner she suggested we go there. I was pleasantly surprised: wonderful cuisine, marvelously prepared. And friendly efficient service.
