We dined at The Heights to celebrate my sister’s graduation. I hadn’t been to the restaurant in almost ten years since I had been a student in the area- I remembered it being so delicious!

The graduation dinner couldn’t have been more perfect. We were seated outside in the covered garden. Although it was tight, the servers were able to maneuver stacked plates and trays of glasses. A special shoutout to the lady refilling water glasses & clearing plates.

Our meals were incredible. The crowd favorites were the sweet & sour short ribs and the salmon. Our server, Joe, was incredible! So friendly and he beautifully answered all our questions on the menu.

I won’t wait another ten years to go back to the restaurant! I hope to come again this summer and definitely request Joe again.

We have been going to The Heights since it opened many years ago. It is really the only high-end gourmet restaurant in Ithaca and it does not disappoint! The owner, James, runs a tight ship and the food and wine is spectacular. Great service, awesome food and presentation. It is one of the more expensive restaurants in Ithaca, but worth it, especially for special occasions. Remember to order the lava cake when placing your dinner order, you won't regret it!

Great spot in Ithaca for a dinner with friends or family. The chef was extremely accommodating for the group in terms of allergies, gluten-free, etc. Brought out a lot of options. Everything tasted delicious and service was top-notch. Create separate private rooms for large groups, so the atmosphere was great. Highly recommend!
