My favourite place IN THE WHOLE UNITED STATES!!! Can never go wrong with Jamaican Jerk Classic Chicken Sandwich and Mesquite waffle fries with Root Beer. Makes my day a whole lot better everytime. I can recommend this place with googolplex percent confidence.
Menus were a little hard to decipher as a first-time patron and my table could have used a cleaning, but the chicken strips I had were quite good, as was the sauce. The waffle fries were decent but nothing truly amazing. Overall a very nice little eatery.
Been a loyal customer for a long time. Had an order get epically screwed up only one time. Instead of writing them off I called and gave them a chance to make it right. Got a refund plus a future order for free. Great place, a little pricey but worth it to me. Where else in Ithaca can you get genuinely good wings all the way until 3 am? Only wing chain in NY that actually has good wings.
Great service from the staff. Delicious sauces and great portions for the dipping sauces. On the menu the hangar meal doesn't specify if you get actual wings or tenders. I was hoping I would get wings but I got tenders. I'm not sure how you specify when you are ordering online. Was delicious nonetheless. Chicken without the sauce is a bit bland though. Cheesy tots were stellar, but the bacon could have been crispy instead of soggy. I love the fact that their to-go hanger meals are in aluminum pans. Perfect so I can reheat leftovers in the oven with ease! Only reason I'm giving 4 not three stars is because they have freaking Coca-Cola products! Coke is so scarce around these parts especially on Cornell campus, all the northerners seem to prefer Pepsi (Battery Acid).
I'd definitely say its the best restaurant I've had here in Ithaca so far in terms of guest service, flavor, price, and campus convenience.
