    Hidden gem! Pasquales complained about them being to close to their restaurant in the village and the town "asked" them to move to another location, so they ended up here. Please don't patronize Pasquales restaurants.

    Really good. Way Better than any of the Mexican joints in New Paltz. The carne and chicken were super flavorful.

    Good food and ice cold drinks of your choice out of the ice water cooler, just what was needed after a swim and hike at mohonk, this was less than 10 minutes from split rock. Very nice indoor area with air conditioning for dining in on this 95 degree day. Outdoor patio seating next to the wallkill river as well 👍🏼

    This is such a great addition to the area! Authentic & delicious Mexican food in a beautiful setting. Great people running the truck as well! Highly recommend!
